Mesa will have its second cemetery tour on April 12 at the Mesa Cemetery. The tours will start at 8 a.m. and the final tour will depart at 9 a.m.
The cemetery, which is located at 1212 N. Center St., is the final resting place of several notable people which include, country music star Waylon Jennings; Royal Air Force Cadets who died at Falcon Field during WWII; Ernesto Miranda, who Miranda Rights are named after; the first African-American doctor in Mesa; and others.
Admission is $15 for adults, free for children less than 6 and $5 for children 6 to 13. For more information on the tours, visit www.mesamuseum.org.
