The Southwest Military Transport show is back in town for its 8th annual display of military vehicles from around the world.

The two-day event will be 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. March 24 and 25 at Mesa’s Commemorative Air Force Museum, 2017 N. Greenfield Road.

The show will display more than 40 antique military vehicles from major wars, including World War II, Korea and Vietnam.

The vehicles on display are privately owned by members of the Arizona Historical Military Transport Association.

The family-friendly event will also include a military plastic scale model show, a swap meet, contests and displays of military artifacts and collectibles.

Admission is $10 for adults, $9 for seniors and $3 for children ages 5 to 12. For more information about the event, check out www.ahmta.com.
