Chandler Mayor Jay Tibshraeny will host the Health Connect Expo on April 12 at the Tumbleweed Recreation Center. The event is free from 9 a.m. to noon.

The mayor’s ongoing Health Connect initiative is to promote overall wellbeing for Chandler residents in the areas of physical, mental and financial health. There will be more than 30 activity booths, including facial skin cancer screenings, personality quiz and mood cards, a running course, five-minute massages, dental varnish treatments for children, fingerprinting by the Chandler Police Department, and car seat installations by the Chandler Fire Department.

Visitors are eligible to win raffle prizes donated by the vendors such as bikes, a scooter, gift cards, books, chocolates and more. For details and information on Health Connect Expo, visit www.chandleraz.gov/connect.
