Get up and get moving at the free 2012 Health and Wellness Fair presented by Gilbert’s Freestone Recreation Center 9 a.m. to noon April 14.
There will be local vendors, various health screenings, chair massages, prizes, giveaways and much more. Fitness classes start at 9:15 a.m. with belly dancing, cycling, cardio rhythms and zumba. Other classes will address oils, helping your heart, chiropractic care, incontinence, dog safety and skin care.
Freestone Recreation Center is located at 1141 E. Guadalupe Road.
