Gilbert is offering coins to commemorate the dedication of the town's 9/11 Memorial that is currently under construction. The dedication itself will take place on Sept. 11, the 10th anniversary of the terrorist attacks.
You can buy the coins at Gilbert Police Department's Youth & Adult Resources office, 75 E. Civic Center Drive, between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Cost is $10, with proceeds going to the memorial.
