Dana (Mason) Berchman has been hired as the town of Gilbert’s first communications manager and chief digital officer. Berchman will begin April 9.
Berchman, a Gilbert native and graduate of Gilbert High School, was previously the media, communications and public relations manager at Arizona State University’s College of Public Programs, where she worked for nearly two years. In Gilbert, she will oversee public information, public relations, marketing, Social Media, Website design and content, Channel 11, graphic design, and photography.
Berchman will report to Town Manager Patrick Banger.
