Gilbert hosts 11th annual pet food and supply drive

Gilbert is having its 11th annual Pet Food and Supply Drive to help homeless pets as they await adoption into permanent homes.

The beneficiaries of this year’s drive are Gilbert-based organizations Friends for Life Animal Rescue and Save the Cats Arizona.

These organizations are in need of various supplies including premium dog and cat food, toys, treats, towels, crates and carriers, kitty litter, dog shampoo and conditioner, brushes, and blankets. Donation boxes will be set-up at the following locations until January 24th: McQueen Park Activity Center, Gilbert Community Center, Freestone Recreation Center, Southeast Regional Library, Municipal Building I, Municipal Building II, Public Safety Complex, South Area Service Center (Police Department Lobby).
