Total Bliss Salon & Spa is holding a “Socks & Sundries” drive to benefit My Sisters’ Place, a shelter run as part of the domestic violence program of Catholic Charities Community Services. My Sisters’ Place is one of two confidential shelters in the East Valley that help women and children who are victims of abuse put their lives back together.
Total Bliss is collecting socks and sundries such as shampoo/conditioner, lotion, Tylenol/Advil, Pepto-Bismol, cold medicine, toothpaste/brushes and deodorant as well as gift cards from retailers such as Wal-Mart, Target and Walgreens. Anyone who makes a donation at Total Bliss, 876 N. McQueen Road, No. 108, before Dec. 24 will be entered into a drawing for a free spa day. For more information, call (480) 503-1977.
