Mosquito spraying planned for Gilbert, Mesa, Queen Creek

Weather conditions, circumstances and time permitting, areas of Gilbert, Mesa and Queen Creek are scheduled to be fogged midnight Tuesday to 5 a.m. Wednesday. Spraying takes place when a large number of mosquitoes are found in area traps or when those trapped mosquitoes test positive for West Nile Virus.

The area in Gilbert is from Williams Field to Pecos roads and from Greenfield to Higley roads.

The area in Mesa is from McKellips to Brown roads and from Higley to Recker roads.

The first area in Queen Creek is from Marsh Road to Hunt Highway/Empire Boulevard and from Crismon to Ellsworth roads.

The second area is from Chandler Heights to Riggs roads and from Ellsworth to Crismon roads.

The third area is from Chandler Heights to Riggs roads and from Crismon to Signal Butte roads.
