Gilbert police arrested a man in connection to the indecent exposure incident last month.
Derrius Kelly, 19, was arrested after an anonymous caller told police Jan. 10 that Kelly matched the description of the suspect in the news, Gilbert police said. The caller saw the suspect in the area of Power and Germann roads, a few miles from the where the incident occurred.
Kelly was arrested Tuesday Jan. 15 after police discovered the shoes, shorts and sweatshirt the suspect was pictured wearing during the incident, police said.
Kelly was arrested for indecent exposure, a class 1 misdemeanor, police said.
