Summer camp registration is under way for education programs through the Higley Unified School District. Options include typical summer camps (with or without field trips), fitness programs, performing arts and more.

What in the world is the difference between a summer camp and a summer program? I always thought a camp was "outdoors", "back to nature", non-academic, and full of activities that were not available at school, lead by individuals who did not have to be certified, but just enjoyed their work and kids.
