Great to see a business going into an old Basha's! Now, lets see how the neighbors react to swarming kids....

So, conan, you are looking for an unfair advantage over your competitors and are blaming the government for your lack of business skills.

Well hope it works. Theyd better be glad they picked a place like Gilbert. I own businesses in a variety of Arizona cities and some you DONT want to be in. Tucson, El Mirage, Glendale, they all charge an ownership fee. This means once a year they come in and value everything I have. Paper, desks, copiers, staplers, doesnt matter. Then they TAX me on them and their value. Nevermind I paid tax when I cought it, they want more. Nope no way to do business with those cities and I am sure there are more. Bunch of thieves !
