To the person who drew this cartoon, you have it completely wrong. Budget cuts aren't the bully...god knows that there is unnecessary spending going on in the school districts. Instead of taxing more, re-evaluate what is already being spent and redirect funds from a no longer needed/wanted program to one that is necessary...books, janitor services, kleanex (for heaven's sake) and cleaning products to cut down on disease. We can purchase our own paper, pencils, crayons, etc for our individual kids. Cut out the technology spending that is outdated in 3 years, and breaks down regularly, or...administration salaries. Hmm, there is an idea!
