For the first time in more than 20 years, tuition and fees at Arizona State University will not be increasing for in-state undergraduate students next school year.
Base tuition for ASU students will be $9,720. Non-resident undergraduate tuition increased by 3 percent and tuition is set at $22,973. Graduate tuition and fees also increased by 3 percent.
The Arizona Board of Regents unanimously approved the tuition and fee rates for the 2012-13 academic school year Thursday. The last time the universities experienced a zero-percent increase was in 1991, when tuition was at $1,590 at all three universities.
