Chandler’s Seton Catholic Preparatory High School announced that four students from its senior class of 109 students have been selected as 2012 National Merit Scholarship Program (NMSP) finalists. They are: Gunnar Gleisner, Chandler; Edward Hietter, Gilbert; Brett Reardon, Ahwatukee Foothills; and Katie Walters, Queen Creek.

The four Seton seniors are among the highest scoring entrants selected from each state who consistently demonstrate excellent academic performance as well as exceptional PSAT results. They will complete nationally for roughly 8,400 Merit Scholarship awards worth more than $36 million.
