The seven candidates seeking spots on the Gilbert Unified School District governing board have been invited to participate in a candidate forum 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 4 at Southeast Regional Library, 775 N. Greenfield Road, Gilbert.
The Gilbert Education Association, along with the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce and the Parent-Teacher Organizations of Gilbert Unified School District’s schools, are co-sponsoring the event.
There are two candidates seeking one two-year spot and five candidates seeking three four-year spots on the board.
