The Carey School of Business' only need is a new faculty. I graduated from there in the early 1970s and found them all second- or third-rate, at best. Lots of nit-picking on minor issues, no useful awareness whatsoever of big-picture aspects such as strategy and Japanese operational management/improvement. My son also graduated from the ASU School of Business - still shallow substance spooned out by pompous professors of no note.
