  it was very obvious as I was doing errands in Mesa on Friday. they seemed to be everywhere. I applaud this since I'm not a law breaker or speed fanatic. it's sometimes a bad mix in the east valley because of the elderly and the youthful on the same road, same time. one is too young to have developed a true sense of respect for the situation and the other has perhaps gone past the point of driving accuracy. the squad cars were everywhere I went, counted up to a dozen within an hour, several having stopped vehicles for ??
