Mesa teacher Nancie Lindblom was named the Arizona Education Foundation Arizona Teacher of the Year on Wednesday.
Lindblom is a 17-year teaching veteran. She currently teaches Advanced Placement U.S. history at Mesa Unified School District’s Skyline High School.
As Teacher of the Year, Lindblom will receive a $15,000 cash prize, professional speech training, an interactive white board, and a full scholarship toward an advanced degree at Argosy University.
