The Arizona Department of Education recently redesigned its public website. According to a release, the website will provide “more relevant, accessible, and timely content.” Superintendent of Public Instruction John Huppenthal set about for a change when he took office in January.
The department’s website is its primary medium for communicating and sharing important information and resources with its stakeholders. The new design uses Google custom search to help viewers find what they’re looking for. It also now has 52 department sites available from the home page, as well as customer service sections such as a staff directory, contact us page, feedback capabilities and FAQs.
The page can be viewed at www.azed.gov.
