Linda Hunt, CEO of Dignity Health Arizona, and Dr. Jack Dillenberg, dean of the Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health (ASDOH) at A.T. Still University in Mesa, have been named the East Valley Man and Woman of the Year by East Valley Fresh Start.
The nonprofit organization highlights two people each year who have made a difference in the lives of East Valley women.
Hunt oversees the hospital operations that include Mercy Gilbert Medical Center and Chandler Regional Medical Center, as well as Phoenix’s St. Joseph’s Hospital. According to a release, she is a strong proponent of women’s health-care issues.
Dr. Dillenberg works to improve the oral health of disadvantaged women in the Valley, the release states. His work has helped women in “rehabilitating their smiles, which is directly related to improving their self-esteem.”
