LUKEVILLE — A Mesa couple has been arrested for allegedly trying to smuggle more than 431 pounds of marijuana into southern Arizona through the Lukeville port.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers referred 48-year-old Mario Madrid Hernandez and 44-year-old Dana Kimberly Oviatt for secondary inspection of their recreational vehicle when they applied for entry at the border.
Authorities say a search of the vehicle revealed 75 packages of marijuana hidden behind compartments in the camper's bathroom and rear wall.
They estimate the value of the drugs at $216,000.
CBP officials say the marijuana and vehicle were processed for seizure. Hernandez and Oviatt were turned over to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's Homeland Security Investigations.
Authorities didn't immediately know Monday if either Hernandez or Oviatt had a lawyer yet.

From there Obama and Nappy will give them a GED and 2 year legal status if they vote for Obama.

Bodac,
Why would Obama and Nappy do that when these two are already US citizens? Oh, you just got confused by not understanding that the US Immigration and Customs doesn't handle just illegal immigrants. They also handle US citizens who are violating the law.
All those drugs flowing into the US to meet the supply of US drug users.
