The Mesa Police Department is asking for the public's help locating two young boys who ran away from a Mesa group home Sunday morning.
Police spokesman Tony Landato said 10-year-old Jairo Perez and 14-year-old Miguel Miranda were last seen in the area of Chandler and McQueen Roads around noon.
Landato said their mother was arrested by Chandler police Saturday night and CPS temporarily placed them in a group home before they ran away.

Jairo Perez is a described as a Hispanic male, 4 feet 8 inches tall, 110 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
Landato said both boys are from and familiar with the Chandler area.
Neighbors told ABC15 the group home the brothers were placed in has a lot of trouble with fights, and experiences frequent visits from police.
If you have any information regarding the boys' whereabouts, please contact the Mesa Police Department.
