Gilbert police say a 73-year-old woman with dementia who had been missing since Tuesday has been found in New Mexico.

"Linda Wicks has been located. She is safe and sound! Thank everyone for their help in this matter," police announced on Twitter.

Wicks’ family is on their way to pick her up, police said.
