Mesa police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing man who had recently suffered a stroke and was last seen at his assisted living residence.
Louis J. Smilor, 64, is white, 5’3”, 120 pounds, has short, white hair and was last seen in a white shirt and shorts of an unknown color. He was last spotted about 5:30 a.m. Wednesday near Brown and Ellsworth roads. He takes several medications and was described to police as extremely delusional.
