An unidentified man drowned in a Mesa spa about 11:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Police were called to a residence in the 1500 block of North Stapley Drive, where a caller had pulled a man, who was not breathing, out of a spa. Firefighters tried to revive the man, who was pronounced dead after being taken to a hospital.
Police are working on identifying the man and notifying his next of kin.
