Authorities say criminal conduct isn't suspected in the death of a 3-month-old boy at a care facility in Gilbert.
Gilbert police say the child stopped breathing Tuesday at a KinderCare facility.
KinderCare staff was performing CPR on the boy at the facility when police officers arrived.
The child was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead. His name still hasn't been released.
Police still are waiting for the final autopsy report, but they said Thursday that there doesn't appear to be any criminal conduct involved in the boy's death.
