Chandler police seek info on credit union robber

Chandler police are seeking a man who robbed the First Credit Union at 475 N. Gila Springs Blvd.

According to police, the man approached a teller about 11:32 a.m. March 16 and passed a demand note indicating a robbery. He then fled on foot in an unknown direction.

The man is described as having short brown hair, thin sideburns to the bottom of his ears, wearing a gray train-conductor-style hat and dark sunglasses and a gray long-sleeve sweatshirt and denim blue jeans, with a black glove on his left hand and white sneakers. He is in his mid-20s and between 6 and 6 feet 2 inches tall. He may be wanted in connection with more bank robberies in Chandler and Scottsdale.
