Tempe Police have lifted traffic restrictions and cleared a serious injury collision at Rural Road and Lakeshore Drive.
The crash happened about 3 p.m., snarling traffic.
One patient was transported to a hospital with serious injuries. No further information is available at this time.
Tempe Fire Department officials also were on the scene.
