A Gilbert man who built a fake profile on a pornographic website to get back at an elementary school administrator has been sentenced to three months in jail.
Maricopa County prosecutors say 34-year-old Robert Dale Esparza also must serve two years of probation after his jail term.
Esparza was convicted of computer fraud and identity theft in May and was sentenced Friday.
Authorities say Esparza wanted to retaliate against Gateway Point Elementary School assistant principal Frank Hendricsen, blaming him for confiscating his son's iPod.
Detectives say Esparza established a profile on an adult website under Hendricsen's name in May 2011.
Authorities say Esparza used photos from the school website, including one of Hendricsen's wife. They say he also chatted online as Hendricsen.
Hendricsen later discovered the site and notified authorities.
