A woman was robbed Tuesday as she left an ATM at the Chase Bank, 4405 E. McKellips at about 8:30 p.m.
The suspect allegedly told the woman that he had a gun and would shoot her if he needed to while placing one of his hands in his pocket, according to Mesa police. He left the scene with the victim’s wallet, which contained several credit cards. The woman was not injured and the man was last seen running northeast from the bank.
The suspect is described as a 5-foot-9, 140-pound white male, about 25- to 30-years old, with shaggy blond hair, a slight goatee and wearing a white t-shirt with dark lettering and blue jeans.
