Silent Witness is offering a reward up to $1,000 for help in solving a Mesa sexual assault case.

About 10:20 p.m., July 6, a 37-year-old woman was forced into a 2005 or newer, blue Ford F-250 truck by two men just east of Stapley and Broadway roads. The truck had an extended cab and four doors. The men drove the woman to Reed Park, 1631 E. Broadway Road, where one of them sexually assaulted her inside the vehicle while the other one held her. Then the men forced the woman from the truck and left the area.

The driver of the truck is a white male, 40-50 years old, 5 feet 6-7 inches tall, medium build, with a pencil thin moustache, short dark hair and was wearing blue jeans and a black or navy blue shirt. The second man is 40-50 years old, 5 feet 10 inches to 6 feet tall, thick build, with clean cut brown hair past his ears and was wearing blue jeans and a white t-shirt with black writing on it.

If you have information about this case, contact Silent Witness at W-I-T-N-E-S-S or (480) 948-6377, toll-free at 1-800-343-TIPS. You can also leave an anonymous tip on the Silent Witness website at silentwitness.org.

Those who give tips remain completely anonymous and could earn a cash reward for information that leads to the arrest and/or indictment of the suspects. To be eligible for the reward, you must contact Silent Witness prior to the arrest or indictment.
