  I wonder how the chandler cops are gonna crack down on seat belt use when half the time they are at starbucks at chandler heights/gilbert drinking coffee and putting our tax dollars hard to work

  Think of it as a jobs program for under worked and overpaid cops.

  And it's a lot safer having the cops shake these people down for the victimless crime of not wearing a seat belt then it is to have the cops hunt down dangerous real criminals like robbers and rapists.
