  to the song "excuses, excuses that's all we ever get" I have to believe that no common sensed person would think there would be anything but an excuse which is par for the course with this MCSO.

  More like incompetence due to backward policies. MCSO is a mess and will not get better until sheriff Joe is out. And for those who think he will always be around--think again, the man is in his 80's and barely won the last election.
