Tempe police are investigating a two-vehicle crash near the Arizona State University campus that left three people injured early Wednesday and officers say is alcohol-related.
The crash, which happened on Apache Boulevard between College and Forest avenues in the morning, snarled traffic as lanes were restricted along Apache.
The conditions of those injured was not available.
The crash did not involve any ASU students, police said.
