  This kid was attending a frat event at Cadillac Ranch and was excorted out by bouncers. It would be a safe bet to say he was intoxicated, forgot his phone and wallet at the bar and stumbled into the lake and drowned.

  If this is true, the family will blame the bar, ASU, Tempe PD and anyone who has any money. While this would be tragic, the only person to blame would be the individual himself.
