A 19-year-old Gilbert man who was on lifetime probation for an attempted molestation conviction three years ago was stopped by police Thursday in the company of a 13-year-old girl.
Gilbert police stopped Bradley Holman at 3 a.m. in the area of Gilbert Road and Juniper Avenue with the girl.
The girl was cited for curfew and turned over to her grandmother. Holman’s probation officer arrested him later that day.
According to court records, Holman was sent to jail in 2006 for a year and placed on lifetime probation after pleading guilty to attempted child molestation, attempted sexual conduct with a minor and indecent exposure, crimes he committed when he was 15.
