People in the neighborhood would want to tear this down? Are you kidding me? You don't find this type of craftmanship/building art in Arizona. How narrow sighted. If the new owner can put in to place an acceptable plan for parking I do not see what the issue is. Kyrene already has commercial business in the area. Much better to have something as beautiful as this (which would come with a pricey rental fee I"m sure) than to have yet another bar open up where any derelict can frequent.
