Land near Chandler Airpark sells for $4.6M

A 26.7-acre parcel has been sold near the Chandler Airpark for $4.65 million. Scottsdale-based Johnson Bank sold the land to Phoenix-based Sun Property Holdings LLC, according to CB Richard Ellis.

The parcel is part of the 38-acre Watermark professional office complex. Chandler has granted approval for about 441,000 square feet of office and retail buildings on the site.
