Salvation Army to host holiday dinner

The Chandler Salvation Army Corps will host its annual community Thanksgiving Dinner Nov. 26.

The event is slated for 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Chandler Community Center, 125 E. Commonwealth Ave. The meal is free and open to the public, however, donations are needed to feed more than 700 people expected to attend.

Food needs include: turkeys, stuffing, instant mashed potatoes, gravy, cranberry sauce, corn, green beans, butter, pies, bread rolls, and fruit punch.
