Fuel prices have risen again across Arizona to the highest per-gallon price in six months.

Triple-A Arizona reports the state average has bumped up by 1.3 cents to $3.379 per gallon – the highest average the state has seen since September 2013. Tucson drivers continue to pay the lowest cost at $3.291 a gallon while Flagstaff is at the high end at $3.536.

Spokesperson Linda Gorman said even with the 12-cent increase in March, the current prices still represent a mild year for fuel prices.

“As such, we’re projecting peak prices for the year should be lower than what we’ve seen in previous years, barring unforeseen circumstances,” she said in a press release.
