Major restrictions will be in place at the intersection of Dobson and Queen Creek roads in Chandler from Sept. 4 through Sept. 7. The restrictions will include blocking some left-turn lanes.

The construction will bring nitrogen gas pipeline from the Air Products plants at Price and Frye roads to Intel’s Ocotillo campus, where a $5.3 billion expansion is underway on a new FAB 42 semiconductor manufacturing facility.

The pipeline will reach the Dobson/Queen Creek intersection next week and traffic along Queen Creek and Dobson roads will be shifted in phases from one side of the street to the other side to accommodate the pipeline crossing.

When work concludes at that intersection, crews will continue south to Intel over the next five weeks. The project will continue through October. The work is being performed by Arizona Pipeline Company, and the project hotline is (602) 376-4149.
