I do notice that so many people have their hands out to the feds while whining about the horrible federal government and their over-spending. They do overspend. Keep your hands in your pockets and do without.

So, only 5% comes from the local, and the rest comes from those bums who we think spend too much....kinda makes you wonder about why they spend too much!
