$1,000 reward offered for Chandler bank robber

Police are asking for the public's help identifying a man who robbed a Chase Bank Wednesday.

Chandler Police Detective Seth Tyler said the incident happened around 2 p.m. at the bank located inside a Fry's grocery store near Rural and Ray roads.

Tyler said the man robbed the bank of an undisclosed amount of cash and fled the scene.

The suspect is described an older white male with a goatee. He is about six-feet tall and of average build.

He was last seen wearing a long-sleeve denim shirt and wearing sunglasses and a tan colored bucket style hat.

Silent Witness is offering a reward up to $1,000 for information that leads to the arrest or indictment of this individual suspect.
