Conference in Gilbert to emphasize fiscal opportunities

An upcoming conference in Gilbert will provide attendees tips and strategies to become more efficient with their finances and advice as to how to cut down debt.

Scheduled for Jan. 25 at New Hope Community Church, the event has several local speakers lined up to discuss issues tied to finances like how to cut the grocery bill by half, maximize profits during a garage sale and planning for 2014. Speakers include Gilbert resident and radio host Bob Blayter, Mesa resident Debra Caldwell and New York Times best-selling authors Steve and Annette Economides.

The event runs from 8:30 a.m. to noon at New Hope, located at E. Guadalupe Road. The cost is $10 per person or $15 per couple, and more information is available by visiting http://evtnow.com/63v.
