The Chandler City Council agreed to approve a lease that will lead to the erection of 26 new airplane hangars at Chandler Municipal Airport.

The agreement with F & G Enterprises features a 30-year lease of an area of more than 60,000 sq. feet that will be used to build hangars for planes like the Cirrus SR22, Pilatus PC-12, King Airs and small jets.

“New hangars are one of the most requested items Airport staff receives,” said Lori Quan, Airport Administrator, in a press release. “Chandler Municipal is an ideal general aviation airport that is growing in popularity with business aviation users.”
