Chandler Police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man accused of breaking into a residential complex and allegedly stealing money from vending machines.

Police also believe he stole a flat screen television from the complex’s gym, according to an emailed release.

Joseph Favazzo, spokesman for the Chandler Police Department, said the suspect broke into the residential complex near Queen Creek and Dobson Roads on two different occasions, once on Jan. 2 and Jan. 20

The suspect used a drill to bypass the lock on the vending machine, he said. The suspect then put on gloves and removed the money from the vending machine.

Authorities also believe the suspect may be connected to the theft of a 42-inch flat-screen television from the apartment complex's gym.

Police described the suspect as a thin, male with short dark hair and facial hair. Anyone with information on the suspect is asked to call the Chandler Police Department at (480) 782-4130.
