  I'm always leery about grown men who spend their time (work, volunteering, coaching etc) with kids. Don't get me wrong, I like kids (mine) but I could never do any sort of job that puts me around them for say more than an hour or two at a time. It just doesn't seem a natural thing for men. I know this will sound "sexist" but I believe women are more naturally suited for this sort of work. They can be around kids 24/7 and are fine with it. Very few men can and those that can and do...I think need to be closely monitored.
