Mesa United Way has honored Mountain Vista Medical Center with its Trailblazer award for increasing employee donations by 80 percent during the 2009 campaign.
The award presentation took place last week.
“It is encouraging for our employees to see how much their generosity and participation has impacted the community,” said Tony Marinello, CEO at Mountain Vista Medical Center. “We know how important it is to be involved in the community — participating in the Mesa United Way campaign is one way that we can make a difference.”
