Attendees of the Southwest Ambulance Arizona Celebration of Freedom can add their own touch to the proceedings by adding a touch of color to the stars on a commemorative mural.

According to a press release, people who go to Mesa’s annual Fourth of July celebration on June 29 can color in the stars surrounding a bald eagle drawn in chalk by artists Kyllan Maney and Lauren Lee that will commemorate the event. Besides the mural, the Independence Day event will also feature classic cars, live music, patriotic displays, fireworks and other amenities for the approximately 50,000 expected to attend the event located in downtown Mesa.
